We have land and vital records beginning in approximately 1779 and continuing through present. We also have books listing veterans who served in wars going back to the war of 1812 that have proven to be most helpful.

How do I contact the Zoning Administrator for assistance or if I have questions?

The Zoning Administrator's office is on the 2nd floor at Cole Hall in the Town Offices. Normally, the Zoning Administrator is available Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday 9:00am - 12:00pm. Since site visits for inspections may keep the Administrator out of the office at times, it is recommended that you phone for an appointment (802) 442-4038 ext. 5 or to ask questions. The answering machine will take messages if the Zoning Administrator is unavailable when you phone.
